1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using ZenDecide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Purpose of the App ZenDecide is a decision-making tool intended for entertainment purposes only. The app provides randomized results. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions.
3. One-Time Purchases
ZenDecide offers one-time purchases (e.g., custom themes, "skins") that grant permanent access to specific features.
These are not subscriptions; there are no recurring charges.
All transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective store's support (Apple Media Services).
Purchases can be restored on any device linked to your Store ID using the "Restore Purchases" button.
4. Intellectual Property All designs, code, and the "ZenDecide" brand are the property of Focus Labs Hungary.
5. Limitation of Liability Focus Labs Hungary shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app or any decisions made based on the app’s output.
